Clothespin Calendar
This Ferret Wall Calendar on is on sale for $14.99 (I picked this calendar because it was the funniest of the ones on there :) I made my Clothespin Calendar (which I couldn't find a duplicate of online, which is good!) for only $4 approx. and I think it's a lot more stylish than a standard wall calendar!

Backsplash on a Budget
One 12 x 12 patch of this tile will cost about $10 including tax. My backsplash would need approx. 4 pieces of this tile to compare in size, making this project about $40 for a small piece of tile backsplash in the kitchen. I was able to make my tile backsplash with glass tiles which have a much better shine to them and pick the colours I wanted and it only cost me $20 approx. This is one of the more expensive projects that I've taken on considering it is not a huge area that it's covering but once I started, I knew I had to have it!
